You may return most items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund

or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original

packaging (where applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (except in cases of

proven defect or error on our part):

● Items marked as “Final Sale”


3. Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

● Item received damaged or defective

● Incorrect or incomplete order shipped by us

including your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions.

3. Pack the item and send it back to the address we provide.

5. Refund Timeline

● Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

● Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

● Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank

or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund

to appear in your account.

6. Shipping Costs

● The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are

non-refundable.


7. Exchanges


If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return

request. We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received (subject to

availability).
